Frances Worth Horne (1873-1967) was a botanical illustrator of the flowering plants of Puerto Rico. She was born in Watkins Glen, N.Y. After obtaining a B.A. from Ohio State University, she studied languages at Cornell University, receiving an M.A. . She taught classical languages at Westminster College in Colorado.
